Leola Frances Williams, age 92, a resident of Menifee, California, a former resident of Dawn, Missouri, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2012, at Moreno Valley Community Hospital, Moreno Valley, California. Leola was born the daughter of Erven and Bess (Jarvis) Tutt on October 25, 1920, in Dawn, Missouri. She was a graduate of Stet High School. Leola was united in marriage to Harold E. "Pete" Williams on March 27, 1943, in Carrollton, Missouri. He preceded her in death on December 11, 1998. She was a member of the Palisades Church, Palisades, California, and was an ordained deacon for the church. Survivors include two daughters, Cheri Melton and her husband Bob of Menifee, California, and Donna Manry of Strafford, Missouri; three grandchildren, Tanya Manry, Danny Melton, and Jenny Hannum; four great grandchildren, Clayton John Manry Clark, Taylor Alyssa Melton, Cordell Lloyd Hannum, and Caylee Crystell Hannum; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Harold; and twin brother, Leland "Mike" Tutt. Graveside services will be held at the Enon Cemetery, Dawn, Missouri, on Friday, November 2, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Enon Baptist Church, Dawn, Missouri, on Friday, November 2, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, November 1, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Omaha Home of Boys and/or the Enon Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
