Lee Roy Cobb, age 97, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at Signature Healthcare, Cleveland, Tennessee.
Lee was born the son of John Lee and Ethel Elizabeth (Weidenhammer) Cobb on September 16, 1924 in Dover, Missouri. He graduated from Cleveland Bible College in Cleveland, Tennessee. He served in the United States Coast Guard, serving in both World War II and the Korean Conflict.  Lee was united in marriage to Bette Howe in 1946 in Troy, Kansas. She preceded him in death on July 26, 1991. He then was united in marriage to Daisy Ratliff in 1994 in Kirksville, Missouri. She preceded him in death on February 12, 2014. Lee worked as a Barber, for the Missouri Department of Youth Services, and for the Missouri Department of Corrections. Lee was a member of the Church of God, Chillicothe, Missouri, the American Legion Post #247, Ethel, Missouri, and was a member of Disabled American Veterans. In his free time, Lee enjoyed fishing and gardening.
Survivors include his daughter, Cheryl Littrell and husband Barry of Cleveland, Tennessee; six grandchildren, Charity Littrell Burnette and husband Jonathan of Greensboro, Georgia, Heath Littrell and wife Tiffany of Cleveland, Tennessee, Ashlee Littrell-Blankenship and husband Steven of Cleveland, Tennessee, Jennifer Brown and husband Bob of Wyoming, Delaware, Travis Cobb and wife Mandy of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, David Cobb of Fayetteville, Arkansas; fifteen great grandchildren; one brother, Charles Cobb and wife Myrna of St. Joseph, Missouri; and one sister, Dolly Tyrrell of Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Bette; second wife, Daisy; and two sons, Homer Stephen Lee Cobb, and Jeffery Lewis Cobb.
A memorial service will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri on March 12, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.  Inurnment will be held at Anderson-Smith Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to Soul's Harbor Church of God and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
