Lawrence "Larry" J. Miller

Lawrence Joseph Miller   Lawrence Joseph Miller, age 74, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away at Indian Hills Retirement Center, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, January 14, 2016.   Larry was born on December 15, 1941, the son of Joseph A. and Emellen (Martin) Miller at the home in Chillicothe, Missouri. Larry never missed the St. Columban's Fall Festival and he attended Mass every Sunday. He also enjoyed snowmobiling, four wheelers, and gardening.   Larry was the oldest of eight kids and is survived by sisters Karen Kuhn (Lancaster, Ohio), Jean Golden and Mary Burnett (Chillicothe), and brothers, Jim Miller and wife Darlene (Galt), Mike Miller and wife Marti (Chillicothe) and Tom Miller and wife Melody (Iowa). His extended family includes dozens of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Emellen Miller, and a brother John.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Columban's Catholic Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, January 18, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. A Parish Rosary will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, January 17, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. with visitation to follow until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, January 17, 2016, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at St. Columban's Catholic Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri.
