Larry B. Waterman, age 60, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at his residence. Larry was born October 23, 1950, in Concordia, Missouri, the son of George B. and Suetta F. (Sprinkle) Waterman. He attended Carrollton High School and received a degree in auto mechanics from Grand River Technical School. He worked on the railroad and as an auto mechanic for most of his life. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, especially for morel mushrooms. He liked tinkering on old cars and spending time with his family. Survivors include his companion Mary Bradley of the home; son John Waterman and wife Stacey of Wheeling, Missouri; daughter Marcy Parrish of Jefferson City, Missouri; brothers Charles Waterman of Mooresville, Missouri, and Dale Waterman of Dawn, Missouri; sisters Karen Waterman Howerton and husband Larry of Mooresville, Missouri, Diana Waterman Harkins of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Teresa Waterman Breeze of Mooresville; grandchildren Dylan Waterman, Joshua Davis and Ashley, Jylian Davis, Kasey Waterman, Karley Waterman and Jaron Rhea; great grandchild Marissa Davis; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Larry B. Waterman, Jr., daughter-in-law Lisa Waterman, 3 great nieces and 3 great nephews. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 7, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri. There is no scheduled family visitation.
