Kenneth Dean Wetzel, 94 passed away September 23,2022. He was born the son of Kenneth and Jewell Wetzel on September 8,1928 at Braymer Missouri.
He was a trim carpenter by trade. He was a Korean War Veteran, serving with the Army 578th Engineer Battalion, 40th Division. He received, the United Nations Service Medal, Korean Service Medal, with two Bronze Service Stars. He loved doing all outdoor sporting activities, especially, deer hunting and fishing.
His parents, wife Nona, siblings, Dolores Walker, Gerard Wetzel, and Carol Silva, predeceased him. Survivors are, sister Jo Ann Adair, 9 nieces and nephews, 7 great nieces and nephews, and 5 great-great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at 1:00 p.m.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lindley Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri.
