Kenneth Dean Davis   Kenneth Dean Davis, age 83, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015, at Valley Baptist Medical Center, Brownsville, Texas.   Kenneth was born the son of John Loren and Bertha (Scott) Davis on March 3, 1932, in Ottawa, Kansas. He was a 1950 graduate of Spickard High School, Spickard, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Rosalee Rorebeck on May 2, 1950, in Kansas City, Missouri. She survives of the home. Prior to moving to Chillicothe in 1969, Kenny and Rosalee made their home in Chula, Missouri, from 1961 until 1969, from 1955 until 1961 in Norwalk, California, and from 1950 until 1955 in Spickard, Missouri. Kenny was owner, operator, and worked as the mechanic for Davis Motor from 1961 until 2008. Kenny enjoyed going to Texas for the winters. He and his wife Rosalee have spent the last fifteen winters there.   Survivors include wife Rosalee of the home; one son Michael Davis and friend Sandy Smith of Chillicothe, Missouri; one daughter Cindy Middleton and husband Dennis of Cotacachi, Ecuador; three grandchildren, Dionne Torrence, Cale Davis, and Addie Yoder; eight great-grandchildren; and two nephews Marvin Higgins of Raymore, Missouri, and Donnie Davis of Shell Knob, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; son Doug Davis; daughter-in-law Joyce Davis; two brothers Leslie and Lester Davis; and one sister Pauline Houston.   Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, November 28, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, November 28, 2015, one hour prior to the service at 9:30 a.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, November 27, 2015, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Edgewood Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to Edgewood Cemetery, and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, 910 Washington Street, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri.
