Keith L. Smith Keith L. Smith, age 63, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2014, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Keith was born the son of Jess and Lela (Pollet) Smith on September 8, 1950, in Coffeyville, Kansas. He was a 1968 graduate of Buffalo High School, Buffalo, Missouri. Keith served in the United States Army from 1970 until 1972. He was united in marriage to Linda Sue Worley on June 26, 1971, in Louisburg, Missouri. She survives of the home. He worked as a Hunting Guide for Golden State Hunting Club in Arvin, California, for 6 years. Survivors include his wife, Linda of the home; one son, Michael K. Smith and wife Angel of Chillicothe, Missouri; one daughter, Melissa D. Holt and husband Justin of Chillicothe, Missouri; five grandchildren; one brother, Kendall Smith and wife Sandy of Bolivar, Missouri; one sister, Sue Trotter and husband Jerry of Vista, California. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Donna Whitlock; and one infant brother. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
