Jordan Paul Kissick Jordan Paul Kissick, age 21, a resident of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016, in Chillicothe, Missouri. Jordan was born the son of Paul and Lisa (O'Dell) Kissick on August 8, 1994, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a 2013 graduate of Kirksville High School, Kirksville, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri for 2 years. In school, Jordan was very active in Wrestling, Track, Cross Country and Basketball. He also loved 4-wheeler riding. He worked for Cutting Edge Supplements and Warehouse 660 as a Personal Trainer. Jordan was a member of the Rehoboth Baptist Church, Kirksville, Missouri. Survivors include his parents, Paul and Lisa Kissick of the home; maternal grandmother, Barbara O'Dell of Chillicothe, Missouri; two brothers, Ron Kissick and wife Michelle of California, Missouri, and Aron Gerhart and wife Sarah of Chillicothe, Missouri; two sisters, Amy Swartz and husband Daniel of Smithville, Missouri, and Amber Marshall and husband Jarrod of Chillicothe, Missouri; ten nieces and nephews, Emma and William Kissick of California, Missouri, Mya Bevelle, Maddox Bevelle and Alivia Gerhart all of Chillicothe, Missouri, Evie Swartz and Gracie Swartz of Smithville, Missouri, and Jack Marshall, Jameson Marshall and Audrey Marshall all of Chillicothe, Missouri; and paternal step-grandfather, Warner Bachman of Chillicothe, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Leland O'Dell; paternal grandparents, Eva Bachman and Lloyd Kissick; and one cousin, Lance Douglas. Funeral services will be held at the Rehoboth Baptist Church, Kirksville, Missouri, on Sunday, March 6, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, March 5, 2016, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, March 5, 2016, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Edgewood Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri. It is impossible to characterize this wonderful young man in a mere sentence or two, but descriptions of loving, caring, cheerful, selfless and gentle-spirit are well known to his many friends and family. He will be sorely missed until we are once again reunited in Heaven.
