John Matthew Wolf John Matthew Wolf, age 50, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, at his residence. John was born the son of Vincent J. and Xoa Lee (Decker) Wolf on August 28, 1965, in New York, New York. He was a 1984 graduate of Chillicothe High School. After graduation, he attended North Central Missouri College and Indian Hills Community College. He worked at Hope Haven and then at Hedrick Medical Center in the kitchen. John was a member of St. Columban's Catholic Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1084 of the 3rd and 4th degree, former Eagle Scout and leader, and a member of the Tribe of Mic-O-Say as Keeper of the Sacred Bundle. Survivors include his father, Vincent Wolf of the home; two brothers, Stephen Wolf and wife Nancy of Olathe, Kansas, and Vincent Wolf II and wife April of Chillicothe, Missouri; two sisters, Mary Coddington and husband Dennis of Emporia, Kansas, and Barbara Masters and husband John of Auburn, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother; two brothers, William Michael and Jonathon; two infant nieces, Abigail and Elizabeth; and one nephew, Alex Masters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Columban's Catholic Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, October 26, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. A Parish Rosary will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, October 25, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. with a family visitation to follow. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, October 25, 2015, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Inurnment will be held at Dixon Cemetery, Dixon, Missouri, at a later date.
