John Thieme

John Thieme John Thieme, age 69, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri.   John was born on December 31, 1947, the son of Norman and Dorothy (White) Thieme, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a 1965 graduate of Chillicothe High School. John served in the United States Army from 1967 until 1969, during the Vietnam War. On February 14, 1990, he married Pam Keeney in Las Vegas, Nevada. She survives of the home.   John was a Construction Supervisor for Irvin Built for thirty-five years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and Nascar racing.   He is survived by his wife Pam Thieme, Chillicothe, Missouri; a son, Jason Boley, of Columbia, Missouri; daughter Natalie Gardner and husband Brent of Milan, Missouri; two grandchildren, Rylee Kehr and Brenson Gardner of Milan, Missouri; a sister Kay Trevorrow of Anaheim, California; a brother Jim Thieme and wife Stephanie of Chillicothe, Missouri; a brother in-law Jim Keeney and wife Robin, of Branson, Missouri; two sisters-in-law Donna Thieme, Bobbi Venneman and husband James all of Chillicothe, Missouri; several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Jack Thieme and a brother-in-law Art Trevorrow.   Funeral Services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, November 20, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. A Scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, November 20, 2016, one hour prior to services, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. There will be a private inurnment at a later date at the Plainview Cemetery, Chula, Missouri. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Legion, Vern R. Glick Post No. 25 and may be left at or mailed to the Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
