John Wayne Suddith John Wayne Suddith, age 80, a resident of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2013, at Cox South Hospital, Springfield, Missouri. John was born the son of Wayne Alvis and Helen Bernice (Hutchinson) Suddith on April 30, 1933, in Bogard, Missouri. He was a 1951 graduate of Tina High School. John served in the United States Army as a Staff Sergeant during the Korean War from 1953 until 1956. He was united in marriage to Ann Alecia Kimmis on June 1, 1955, in Marshall, Missouri. She preceded him in death on May 20, 2007. He was a member of the South Avenue Christian Church, Springfield, Missouri. Survivors include three sons, Ronald Suddith and wife Regina of Springfield, Missouri, Johnnie Suddith of Springfield, Missouri, and Jimmie Suddith and wife Lorrinda of Chillicothe, Missouri; two daughters, Deborah Matney and husband Dennis of Springfield, Missouri, and Vickie Adams of Springfield, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Kevin Stagner of Abilene, Texas, James Stagner and wife Alicia of Willard, Missouri, Dusti Everett of Willard , Missouri, Gena Gullett and husband Will of Springfield, Missouri, Eric Suddith of Chillicothe, Missouri, Tami Dry of Rogersville, Missouri, and Kaci Howard and husband Robert of Haines City, Florida; nineteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Ann; one daughter, Cynthia Ann Suddith; one brother, James Suddith; and one sister, Shirley Sue Hall. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, May 13, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, May 13, 2013, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Blue Mound Cemetery, Dawn, Missouri.
