Joan Hosman

Joan Hosman, age 81, a resident of Cowgill, Missouri, passed at way in Liberty, Missouri on Friday, November 26, 2010. She was born the daughter of Henry and Mildred (Ream) Mills on December 28, 1928 in Cowgill, Missouri. On February 17, 1947, she married Jack Hosman in Troy, Kansas. He preceded her in death on July 1, 2004. She is survived by four daughters; Sherry Mallory of Decatur, Illinois, Kathy Toomay of Liberty, Missouri, Lisa Witmer of Liberty, Missouri, and Lynetta Longstreet of Hayesville, Kansas; she is also survived by one brother, Ralph Mills of Cowgill; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Lindley Funeral Home in Braymer, Missouri. There will be a scheduled family visitation on Monday, November 29, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Lindley Funeral Home in Braymer. Friends may call on Monday after 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 8:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri.
