Jimmie Lee Brown II, age 42, a resident of Carrollton, Missouri, formerly of Tina, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at North Kansas City Hospital, North Kansas City, Missouri. Jimmie was born the son of Jimmie Lee I and Karen (Bartlett) Brown on April 10, 1971, in Waverly, Missouri. He was a 1989 graduate of Tina-Avalon High School. He worked as a Tow Truck Driver for Hughes Automotive and as a farm hand for many years. He enjoyed fishing for Catfish and Spoonbill Fish and also hunting. Survivors include two daughters, Samantha Jo Long-Brown of Carrollton Missouri, and Savannah Brown of Flemington Missouri; one grandchild, Korbin Long-Brown; mother Karen Brown of Carrollton, Missouri; one brother Dustin Brown and significant other Laurie of Waverly, Missouri; two sisters Veronica Brown Elliott and husband Roger of DeWitt, Missouri, and Diana Brown Thomas and significant other Steven Fisher of Carrollton, Missouri; maternal grandmother, Jane Ray Bartlett; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Jimmie Brown I; maternal grandfather Roy Eldon Bartlett; paternal grandparents William Riley Brown and Hannah Marie Krum Brown; and one uncle Frank "Butch" Brown. Graveside services will be held at Rock Branch Cemetery, Tina, Missouri, on Friday, September 6, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Tina, Missouri, on Friday, September 6, 2013, one hour prior to the service from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Tina, Missouri, on Friday, September 6, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jimmie Lee Brown II, Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
