Jessie Rader

Jessie Rader   Jessie Rader, age 86, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2015, at Morningside Center.   Jessie was born the daughter of Arthur J. "Boss" and Opal (Gillespie) Fitzpatrick on July 24, 1929, in Chula, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Harley Rader on July 8, 1950, in Coutside, Arizona. He preceded her in death on September 27, 1981. To that union, four children were born. Jessie was a 1947 graduate of Wheeling High School. She was a long time resident of Livingston County. Jessie taught for one year at the White Cloud School in Eversonville, Missouri, and was a telephone operator from 1948 until 1950 in Chillicothe, Missouri. She moved from Eversonville to Chillicothe in 1984. She was also a homemaker and a cook with the Missouri Department of Corrections.   Survivors include: two sons, Ronald Lee Rader and wife Carolyn of Mooresville, Missouri, and Arthur Wesley Rader of Springfield, Missouri; two daughters, Harriet Eileen Griffith of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Saraha Lynn BeVelle and husband Claude of Mooresville, Missouri; one brother, Herbert Fitzpatrick of Coolridge, Arizona; three sisters, Norma Robinson of DeLand, Florida, and Josephine Long of DeSoto, Kansas, and Frankie Herrera of Miami, Florida; five grandchildren, Michael Griffith and wife Tiffany of Trenton, Missouri, Kelly Griffith of Chillicothe, Missouri, Amber Graves of Springfield, Missouri, Michelle BeVelle and Terry Gardner of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Quincy BeVelle and Gage Vinson of Mooresville, Missouri; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and one brother, Daniel Fitzpatrick.   Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 25, 2015, at 10:00 am at Lindley Funeral Home in Chillicothe, Missouri. Burial will be held at the Wheeling Cemetery in Wheeling, Missouri. A scheduled family visitation will be held at Lindley Funeral Home, in Chillicothe, on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, from 12 noon until 8:00 pm at Lindley Funeral Home in Chillicothe, Missouri.
