Jerry Duane Wells Jerry Wells, age 53, a resident of Haltom City, Texas, a former resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday August 17, 2015, at Cameron Regional Medical Center, Cameron, Missouri. Jerry was born the son of Jerry Perry and Patricia Wells on May 30, 1962, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Johnna Cobb on November 22, 2011. She survives of the home. Jerry worked for T & A Motors as a truck driver for the past six years. He was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoyed motocross and riding dirt bikes. Survivors include wife Johnna; children, Willie Cobb and wife Jennifer of Chillicothe, Missouri, Jeremy Cobb and wife Lisa of Gallatin, Missouri, Eric Wells of Licking, Missouri, Donna Perez and husband Oscar of Haltom City, Texas, Tye Wells of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Jordan Wells of Chillicothe, Missouri; four grandchildren, Natalia and Rico Perez; and Kendra and Myles Cobb; and one brother, Curtis Wells of Bosworth, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, August 20, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, August 19, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, August 19, 2015, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at a later date.
