Jerry Harper

Jerry Bert Harper, age 62, a resident of Brookfield, Missouri, passed away at his residence, Brookfield, Missouri, on Tuesday, September 14, 2010. He was born the son of Otis and Martha (Killian) Harper on June 8, 1948, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a heavy equipment operator. He is survived by his significant other, Norma Boude, of the home; three sons Terry and Mark Harper both of Brookfield, Missouri and Troy Harper of Independence, Missouri; two daughters Samantha Butner of Kansas City, Missouri and Angela Johnston of Chillicothe, Missouri; three brothers Gene Harper of Oklahoma, Jim Harper of Lewisburg, Missouri and Bill Harper of the Phillipines; one sister Janet Ross of Braymer, Missouri; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and one niece Chastity Harper. Graveside services will be held at the Shriner Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri, on Thursday September 16, 2010 at 10:00 AM. There will be a scheduled family visitation on Thursday morning from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri. Friends may call from noon till 5:00 PM on Wednesday and from 8:00 AM until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Jerry Harper Memorial Fund and may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the Lindley Funeral Home P.O.
