Jennifer Ann Hall
Jennifer Ann Hall, age 70, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri.
Jennifer was born the daughter of Donald and Mary Jo (Springer) Surber on December 8, 1950, in Norton, Kansas. She was a 1968 graduate of Meadville High School. Jennifer was united in marriage to Maynard Hall on February 15, 1972, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He preceded her in death on February 23, 2001. She was a longtime employee at Churchill Truck Lines until they closed. Jennifer then worked as the Office Support Assistant to the Training Administrator at the Chillicothe Correctional Center for 25 years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Jennifer enjoyed bowling, and playing bingo and bunco. She was a member of the Church of Christ, Meadville, Missouri. Jennifer was a quiet woman whose life was centered around her children and grandchildren. She was greatly loved and will be missed by her family.
Survivors include three daughters, Gayle Hutchinson and husband Michael of Blue Springs, Missouri, Lynnette Williams and husband Kent of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Amanda Hook and husband Matthew of Chillicothe, Missouri; four grandchildren, Andrew Hutchinson of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, Kendra Followwill and husband David of Independence, Missouri, Jessica Hutchinson of Blue Springs, Missouri, and Trent Hook of Chillicothe, Missouri; two brothers, Jerry Surber and wife Karen of Wheeling, Missouri, and Ted Surber and wife Becky of Wheeling, Missouri; three sisters, Debby Surber of Wheeling, Missouri, Amy Surber of Wheeling, Missouri, and Janelle Wilson and husband Walter of Trenton, Missouri; two uncles, Carroll Surber and wife Lena of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Marvin Bud Springer of Wheeling, Missouri; one aunt, Betty Surber of O'Fallon, Illinois; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Maynard Hall; and one brother, John Surber.
Graveside services will be held at Edgewood Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at 2:30 p.m. There is no scheduled visitation.
