Survivors include his parents, Chance Guffey and Tameka Davis of Braymer, Missouri; brother, Kreu Guffey of Braymer; two sisters, Kyslei Dahlberg, and Farrah Guffey of Braymer, Missouri; maternal grandparents, Bobby Davis of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, and Kathy Davis of Braymer, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Brian Guffey of Breckenridge, Missouri, and Lisa (Kincaid) Guffey of Braymer, Missouri; and paternal great grandmother, Jean Ann (Murray) Guffey of Breckenridge, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents Richard Hornsby and Carol (Brown) Hornsby; paternal great grandfather, Alan E. Guffey; and paternal great grandparents, Robert Clayton Kincaid and Carol (Smith) Kincaid.
