James Robert "Bob" Teegarden
James Robert "Bob" Teegarden, age 81, a resident of Braymer, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019, at his residence.
Bob was born the son of Newton and Lucille (Slater) Teegarden on February 18, 1937, in Polo, Missouri. He was a 1955 graduate of Braymer High School. Bob worked as a Youth Specialist for the University of Missouri Extension in Gallatin, Missouri, for over 30 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ, Braymer, Missouri. Bob loved farming, and raising cattle.
Survivors include two cousins, Sue Riegel of Holt, Missouri, and Richard Crist of Cowgill, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at the Church of Christ, Braymer, Missouri, on Monday, February 11, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. There is no scheduled visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri, on Sunday, February 10, 2019, from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Braymer Church of Christ and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P. O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
