James "Bo" Leroy Cranmer Jr. James "Bo" Cranmer Jr., age 53, a resident of Gallatin, Missouri, former resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Missouri. Bo was born the son of James Leroy and Jacqueline Louise (Ross) Cranmer, on September 20, 1961, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a 1979 graduate of Meadville High School, Meadville, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Brenda Bearpaw on June 5, 1981, in Blue Springs, Missouri. To this union two sons were born. Bo worked as a corrections officer at the Chillicothe Correctional Center. He also worked at the Constitution Tribune, Chillicothe, Missouri, and as an Activities Director at the Daviess County Nursing Home, Gallatin, Missouri. Bo was an artist; he loved to draw and enjoyed playing music. Survivors include two sons, Brandon Cranmer and wife Kandis of Blue Springs, Missouri, and James Leroy (Bo) Cranmer III of Grain Valley, Missouri; one daughter, Laura Weaver of Kansas City, Missouri; two sisters Cathi Cranmer of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Beverly Webb of Gallatin, Missouri; five grandchildren, Skylar Cranmer, James Cranmer IV, Brandon Cranmer, Ethan Cranmer, and Gavin Cranmer; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and great-grandparents. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Laclede Cemetery, Laclede, Missouri.
