Ila "Faye" Reeter, age 74, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, January 4, 2011. She was born on September 19, 1936, in Jamesport, Missouri, the daughter of Othel Lewis and Erma Fair (Layson) Dixson. She was 1954 graduate from Jamesport High School. On August 25, 1956, she was married to Raymond Everett Reeter in Jamesport, Missouri. He preceded her in death on November 14, 1995. Faye was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening and flowers. Survivors include one son, Ron and wife Gail Reeter of Chillicothe, Missouri; two daughters, Beth Bail of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Michelle and husband Jeff Cahill of Miles City, Montana; one brother, Jean Dixson of Peoria, Illinois; one sister, Betty Brewer of Chillicothe, Missouri; six grandchildren, Megan and husband Ryan Urton of Chillicothe, Missouri, Monica Bail of Chillicothe, Missouri, Ryan and Rylee Reeter of Chillicothe, Missouri, Johnny and Kelli Cahill of Miles City, Montana; one great-granddaughter, Aubree Chromey. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond; two brothers, Richard "Don" Dixson and Billy Dean Dixson; and one sister, Eva Louise Dixson. Funeral services will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Friends may call on Friday, January 7, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. noon until 9:00 p.m. at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens Chillicothe, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church and may be left at or mailed to the Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
