Harvey "Joe" Ross, age 75, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at his residence.
Joe was born the son of Efton and Virginia (Baker) Ross on July 7, 1945, in Braymer, Missouri. He was united in marriage to the love of his life, Nancy Ellen Lewis on December 31, 1968, in Braymer, Missouri. Joe was self-employed at Bacon Sales and did service repairs. He was member of the Highview Baptist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, and the Eagles Aires #2828.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy, of the home; two daughters, Stephanie Jo Young of Avalon, Missouri, and Lindsey Brooke Ross of Chillicothe, Missouri; two grandchildren, Jamie and Jolan Young; two sisters, Ruby Hawkins of Braymer, Missouri, and Sue Martin of Tina, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Judy Wooden; and two brothers, Roy Hughes Ross and Randall Ross.
Cremation was held. No services are scheduled at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Free Methodist Church Shoebox Fund and/or the Harvey "Joe" Ross Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
