Hal Foster Juckette

Hal Foster Juckette Hal Juckette, age 77, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, in the presence of his loving family. Hal was born the son of Harold and Carol (McClain) Juckette on July 1, 1936, in Lincoln, Nebraska. He was a 1954 graduate of North East High School, Lincoln, Nebraska. Hal served in the Nebraska Air National Guard 81st Fighter Bomber Squadron. He was united in marriage to Joyce Johnston on August 19, 1956 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She survives of the home. Hal has worked in the commercial construction business since 1956. He worked alongside his father and brothers. Hal worked in the Lincoln, Nebraska, Des Moines, Iowa, and Chillicothe, Missouri areas. Hals most recent project was the renovation of the Chillicothe High School parking lot. Hal volunteered for the American Red Cross and was a member of the YMCA Building and Planning Committee. Hal loved antiquing and antique cars. He leaves behind a legacy and our hearts are full of memories of great times together. Survivors include wife Joyce Juckette of the home; three daughters, Teri Neuroth and husband Bill of Liberty, Missouri, Holly Stadtmueller and husband Dave of Parkville, Missouri, and Lisa Steele and husband Randy of Chillicothe, Missouri; one sister, Sue Anderson and husband Ron of Olathe, Kansas; three grandchildren, Amelia Neuroth, Christian Neuroth, and Carson Steele; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Tom Juckette and James Juckette; and one nephew Jarrett Juckette. Funeral services will be held at the United Methodist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, April 7, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, April 6, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, April 6, 2014, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Private family burial will be held at Edgewood Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri.
