Grace L. Kerby Grace L. Kerby, age 91, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, formerly of Coloma, Missouri, and Bogard, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at Morningside Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Grace was born the daughter of Ray and Ruth (Bingham) Key on March 18, 1922, in Carroll County, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Clifford W. Kerby on October 12, 1939, in Trenton, Missouri. He preceded her in death on August 10, 1994. Grace worked in the maintenance department at the T/A School for many years. She also worked at the Banner Cookie Factory. She was a member of the Coloma Baptist Church, Coloma, Missouri. She was also a member of the Hale Eastern Star Chapter 135. Survivors include two sons, Larry Kerby and wife Evelyn of Coloma, Missouri, and Russell Kerby and wife Jean of Belle Plaine, Kansas; three daughters, Sharon Elkins of Chillicothe, Missouri, Janie Psota and husband Gary of Bogard, Missouri, and Mary Francis and husband Bob of Bogard, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; and five sisters, Ruby Wooden of Craig, Missouri, Winona Johnson of Bogard, Missouri, Opal Sensenig and husband Ray of Strasburg, Colorado, Delores Scott and Charlene Hogan of Venice, Florida, and Rosalie Tackett and husband Peter of Mulvane, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Clifford; one son, Robert Earl Kerby; one granddaughter, LeRae Kerby; one great grandson, Thomas Pyatt; two brothers, Ira and Earl Key; and one son-in-law, Charles Elkins. Funeral services will be held at the Coloma Baptist Church, Coloma, Missouri, on Saturday, December 14, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, December 13, 2013, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, December 13, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, December 14, 2013, at the Coloma Baptist Church, Coloma, Missouri, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Coloma Cemetery, Coloma, Missouri.
