Glenda Carpenter, age 78, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025, at her residence.
Glenda was born the daughter of Glen and Florence Jones on February 19, 1947, in Nevada, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Donald Carpenter on June 26, 1965. He preceded her in death on April 11, 2025.
Glenda is survived by one son, Edward Carpenter of Chillicothe, Missouri; one daughter, Shelly Rose and husband, Brad, of Claycomo, Missouri; three grandchildren, Megen Weese and husband, Marcus, Haley Rose, and Jacob Rose; and three great grandchildren, Carter, Mason, and Sofy Weese. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Donald Carpenter.
