Glen Walter Maberry, age 80, a resident of Liberty, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021, at his residence.
Glen was born the son of Bert Walter and Eunice F. (McKerrow) Maberry on December 28, 1940, in Hill Township, Missouri. He was a 1959 graduate of Tina-Avalon High School. He was united in marriage to Mary Louise Breeding on July 26, 1964, in Independence, Missouri. She survives of the home. Glen worked on the assembly line at Ford Motor Company, Claycomo, Missouri, for 30 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #31 A.F. & A.M. in Liberty, Missouri.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Maberry of the home; one daughter, Vonda Williams of Liberty, Missouri; one son, Steve Maberry and wife Kathy of Kearney, Missouri; six grandchildren; five brothers, Gerald Maberry, Ray Maberry, James Maberry, Jack Maberry, and Gary Maberry; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Harold Maberry; one sister, Joyce Milner; two granddaughters, Emily Maberry and Elizabeth Williams; and one son-in-law, Roger Williams;.
Graveside services will be held at Blue Mound Cemetery, Dawn, Missouri, on Friday, July 9, 2021, at 2:30 p.m. There is no scheduled visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, July 8, 2021, from 12 noon until 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
