Georgia F. Lamp Georgia F. Lamp, age 88, a resident of Wamego, Kansas, formerly of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Sedalia, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Wamego City Hospital, Wamego, Kansas. Georgia was born the daughter of Claud and Mabel (Clarkson) Dust on October 21, 1924, in Eversonville, Missouri. She was a 1942 graduate of Meadville High School. She was united in marriage to Clifford Lamp on February 23, 1946, in Albert Lea, Minnesota. He preceded her in death on April 18, 2009. Georgia worked as a homemaker and owner/bookkeeper of their landscaping and rental businesses. She attended Highview Baptist Church in Chillicothe, Missouri, and served as a Sunday School Teacher at her church in Sedalia, Missouri. She enjoyed cooking for her family, gardening, and canning. Georgia also loved spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. Survivors include two daughters, Connie Allnutt and husband Ed of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Linda Krebs and husband Fred of Wamego, Kansas; six grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and two brothers-in-law, Bob Yingst of California, and Gene Brown of Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Clifford; one son, Ronny Lamp; and four sisters, Dorothy Howe, Lou Snyder, Mary Yingst, and Helen Brown. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, January 14, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, January 14, 2013, from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held at May Cemetery, Chula, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to Highview Baptist Church and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
