George Willard Vincent
George Willard Vincent, age 88, a resident of Cameron, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020, at Redwood of Cameron, Cameron, Missouri.
George was born the son of Orval G. and Nellie (Pittman) Vincent on November 8, 1931, in Marceline, Missouri. He worked in maintenance at the Kearney Truck Plaza, Kearney, Missouri, for 20 years. George also worked for General Mills, Albert's Milling and owned and operated his own trash service for many years.
Survivors include five sons, Roger Vincent, Larry Vincent, David Vincent, and Billy Vincent all of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, and Terry Vincent and wife Katrina of Kansas City, Missouri; one daughter, Judy Firth of Hamilton, Missouri; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two nieces; and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers; and one sister.
A graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Kearney, Missouri, on Friday, August 7, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. There is no scheduled visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fairview Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
