Geneva Neis Geneva Neis, age 93, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Hedrick Medical Center. Geneva was born the daughter of Vernon and Emma (Schorr) Neis on November 16, 1919 in Chula, Missouri. She has spent all her life in Chula and Livingston County. She was a farmer and also did wallpapering for many years. She is survived by nephew Larry Neis, and his wife Pamela; great nephew, Joe and Megan Neis; great niece, Lori Shea; three great-great nephews; one great-great niece and one cousin Shirley Tye. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Victor Neis. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at May Cemetery, Chula, Missouri. There is no scheduled family visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, on Thursday, January 17, 2013 form 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the May Cemetery and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
