Frank I. Jones Frank I. Jones, age 82, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, went to be with his wife on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. Frank was born the son of Frank and Edna Claire (Karguth) Jones on February 19, 1936, in Jamesport, Missouri. He was a 1955 graduate of Jamesport High School. He served in the United States Navy, where he proudly served on the USS Sablefish Submarine. While serving in the Navy, he married the love of his life, Norma Louise Graham on July 17, 1956. She preceded him in death on July 11, 2018. After serving in the Navy, Frank and Norma returned to Chillicothe. Frank owned and operated Jones Ford Equipment, and then Jones Equipment Repair. He enjoyed working on tractors and lawn mowers, and you could usually find him at the shop. Frank was known as one of the best tractor mechanics in the area. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. Frank and Norma enjoyed spending time with their family and friends, and traveling. They spent their winters in Texas, and travelled throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Survivors include two daughters, Debra Younger and Terry L. Clevenger, of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Vicki Davis and husband Richard of Hamilton, Missouri; two grandchildren, Ricky Davis and wife Mandi of Rich Hill, Missouri, and Misty Barclay and husband Joshua of Lawrence, Kansas; six great grandchildren, Collin, Ben, and Abigail of Rich Hill, Missouri, and Kadaan, Gavin, and Gabriella of Lawrence, Kansas; two brothers, Gary Mack Jones and wife Karen of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Larry Jones and wife Karen of Wheeling, Missouri; and several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Norma; and granddaughter, Vanissa Rohrback. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, October 15, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. A scheduled visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, October 14, 2018, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Sunday, October 14, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Edgewood Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri.
