Emma "Frances" Hamilton Emma "Frances" Hamilton, age 94, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at her residence. Frances was born the daughter of Herbert Clark and Alice Lillian (Gilliland) Hall on April 22, 1919, in Braymer, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Volen Hamilton on September 24, 1938, in Trenton, Missouri. He preceded her in death on December 19, 1989. She was a homemaker and lived all of her life in Livingston County and Dawn, moving to Chillicothe in 1987. Frances was a member of the Dawn Federated Church, Dawn, Missouri. Survivors include three daughters, Karlene Jones of Dawn, Missouri, Judy Delorme of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Diane Olson of Racine, Wisconsin; ten grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Volen; five brothers, Herbert, Gene, Emmitt, Raymond, and Donald Hall; and three sisters, Cordia Clevenger, Rachel Goll, and Alta Clevenger. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
