Ellen C. Willis Ellen C. Willis, age 74, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, the most perfect Angel was called home Monday, January 20, 2014. Ellen was born the daughter of Joseph and Effie Ellen (Bley) Casswell on March 10, 1939, in Washington, D.C. She was a 1957 graduate of Suitland High School, Suitland, Maryland. After high school, Ellen attended Strayer Business College. She was united in marriage to Ted Willis on July 21, 1957, in Washington, D.C. He preceded her in death on March 11, 2012. Ellen worked as an Avon Representative for 15 years. She also worked as an Insurance Administrator for 10 years. We called her Mom, but she was also called bride, sister, grandma, great grandma and friend. Ellen was beloved by all. Survivors include Sharon Zeger, Steve Willis, Shelby Hall, Stewart Willis, and Sandra Willis. She was also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Ted. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
