Ella Lavonne Robinson Ella Lavonne Robinson, age 92, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016, at Morningside Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Ella was born the daughter of Severt and Agnes (Hovland) Lee on October 10, 1923, in Heimdal, North Dakota. She was a 1942 graduate of Harvey High School, Harvey, North Dakota. She was united in marriage to Loran J. Robinson "Doc" on February 21, 1945, in Burlington, Iowa. He preceded her in death in 1982. Ella worked as an operator for Southwestern Bell for many years. She was a member of the First Christian Church, RSVP, Telephone Pioneers, Hedrick Medical Center Auxiliary, Jolly Janes, and the Chillicothe Elks Lodge 656. Survivors include one brother Richard Lee of Gully, Minnesota; one sister Shirley Disher of Kirkland, Washington; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. A family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, April 18, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, April 18, 2016, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Mount Olive Cemetery, Green City, Missouri.
