Elizabeth Lynn Goerne

Elizabeth Lynn Goerne, age 52, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, October 6, 2011. She was born the daughter of Donald N. and Wanda (Reeter) Hesler on July 3, 1959 in Trenton, Missouri. She was a 1977 graduate of Tri County High School in Jamesport, Missouri. On September 15, 1979, she married Kevin Goerne in Jamesport, Missouri. He survives of the home. She was a member of the Jamesport Baptist Church, Jamesport, Missouri. She was a life long resident of Daviess County, Missouri. She is also survived by her mother, Wanda Hesler of Jamesport, Missouri, three sons, Matthew S., Marty L., and Michael D. Goerne, all of Coffey, Missouri,four sisters Debbie Skipper and husband Gary of Chillicothe, Missouri, Lorie Souders and husband Troy of Jamesport, Missouri, Brenda Wahlers and husband Tim of Jamesport, Missouri and Judy Newton and husband Wayne of Tehachapi, California, several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by mother in law Margaret Love and husband Donald of Belton, Missouri, sister in law Mary Everitt and husband Bob Grandview, Misssouri. She was preceded in death by her father; two brothers, Ronnie and Stephen Hesler, father in law Carl Goerne and a niece Jackie Skipper. Services will be at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, October 10, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. There will be a scheduled family visitation on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri. Friends may call after 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 8:00 a.m. until the service time on Monday at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri. Burial will be in Stucker Cemetery, Laredo, Missouri.
