Doug "Spook" Howe Doug Howe, age 61, a resident of Wheeling, Missouri passed away on Friday April 13, 2018 at his residence.   Doug was born the son of Willie Ray and Margaret Ilene (Stevenson) Howe on August 12, 1956 in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a 1974 graduate of Meadville High School, Meadville, Missouri. On November 16, 1990 Doug was united in marriage to Marsha Haynes in Meadville, Missouri. She preceded him in death on March 3, 2000. He was then united in marriage to Rhonda Sue Flemming on March 29, 2004 in the Bahamas.  Doug worked on his family farm all of his life.     Survivors include: one son Willie Ray Howe II of Meadville, Missouri, one daughter Erin Maulsby and husband Wes of Milan, Missouri, one step-daughter Lacey Spicer and husband Lee of Cameron, Missouri, two brothers; Steve Howe and wife Bev of Wheeling, Missouri and Larry Howe and wife Diana of Wheeling, Missouri, five grandchildren and several nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Marsha and wife Rhonda.   Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe Missouri on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. A family visitation will be held on Monday, April 16, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Lindley Funeral Home Chillicothe, Missouri. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home Chillicothe, Missouri on Monday from 12:00 Noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at the Wheeling Cemetery Wheeling, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to Meadville Lions Club for the purchase of softball bleachers and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home P.O. Box 47 Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
