Dorothy Faye Gorham Dorothy Faye Gorham, age 76, a resident of Braymer, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2012, at NorthCare Hospice House, North Kansas City, Missouri. Dorothy was born the daughter of Frank and Edna (Hopper) O'Dell on June 23, 1936, in Caldwell County, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Omar Sterling Gorham on December 21, 1952, in Braymer, Missouri. He survives of the home. Dorothy was a member of the Church of Christ in Braymer. Survivors include, husband Omar of the home; three sons, Jerry W. Gorham and wife Carol of Braymer, Missouri, Steve A. Gorham and wife Sheryl of York, South Carolina, and Phillip C. Gorham and wife Julie of Braymer, Missouri; one daughter, Debbie L. Penning of Lawson, Missouri; five grandchildren, Sarah Madget, David Penning, Troy Gorham, Jared Gorham, and Autumn Gorham; two sisters, Carolyn Mann of Breckenridge, Missouri, and Jenny Shear of Kearney, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law Pat Penning; five sisters, and one brother. Graveside services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, Missouri, on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
