Doris Ann Rennison

Doris Ann Rennison, age 91, a resident of Braymer, Missouri, passed away at Golden Age Nursing Home, Braymer, Missouri, on Monday, October 4, 2010. She was born the daughter of Franies W. and Callie M. (Carson) Foster on October 20, 1918, in Warrensburg, Missouri. On April 8, 1936, she married Ralph H. Rennison in Kansas City, Missouri. He preceded her in death in 2004. She was the great niece of Kit Carson. She was a member of the Independence Boulevard Christian Church in Kansas City, Missouri. Doris is survived by three sons, Ralph Rennison of Braymer, Missouri, Richard Rennison of Liverpool, Texas, Robert Rennison of Independence, Missouri; two daughters Judy Harms of Las Vegas, Nevada and Janice Engle of Kansas City, Missouri; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; two nieces and one nephew. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters. Funeral Services will be at the Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri, on Monday, October 11, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. There will be a scheduled family visitation on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. prior to services at the Pitts Funeral Home, Braymer, Missouri. Friends may call after 8:00 a.m. until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be on Monday, October 11, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. in Mount Moriah Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri.
