Doral DeLorme Doral DeLorme, age 79, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Doral was born the son of Charles and Wreatha (Perry) DeLorme on August 16, 1936, in Murphysboro, Illinois. He was united in marriage to Dixie Brown on December 15, 1955. To this union four children were born. He was then united in marriage to Judith DeLorme. She survives of Chillicothe, Missouri. Doral worked for Clarks Gas Station. He also worked for the City of Chillicothe Water Department for many years. He then owned and operated DeLorme's Digging Service. He was a member of the St. Columban's Catholic Church, Chillicothe, Missouri. He was also a member of the Chillicothe Eagles Aerie No 2428. He enjoyed gardening and fishing with his grandchildren. He loved the Lake of the Ozarks, where he spent many hours on his boat. Other survivors include five children, Rebecca Way and husband Kevin of Parkville, Missouri, Renee Lamp and husband Gary of Kansas City, Missouri, Lamonte DeLorme of Parkville, Missouri, Anita DeLorme of Lawrence, Kansas, and Michelle Jenkins and husband Matt of Chillicothe, Missouri; twelve grandchildren, Natalie Way Cofer and husband Kyle, William Way, and Gregory Way all of Kansas City, Missouri, Rachel Seelbach of Kansas City, Missouri, Charlotte Bunyar and husband Aaron of Holiday Island, Arkansas, Monica Heaton of Lawrence, Kansas, Austin Lamp of Kansas City, Missouri, Autumn Lamp of Topeka, Kansas, Sarah Schrag and husband Kyle of Olathe, Kansas, Lydia Jenkins, Riley Jenkins, and Charles Jenkins all of Chillicothe Missouri; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Carole Joy of Kansas City, Missouri, and Lori Magnin and husband Don of St. Louis, Missouri; one brother-in-law, Robert Hinson of Lee's Summit, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; three stepchildren, Zonna Keller of Utica, Missouri, Jeff Jones of Dawn, Missouri, and Jennifer Matthews of Hale, Missouri; and several step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Patricia Hinson, and Terry Jefferson. A memorial service will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, one hour prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Bishop Hogan Memorial School and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
