Donna Lee Howe, age 80, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021, at her granddaughter's residence.
Donna was born the daughter of Donald and Lela (Reed) Bradley on August 31, 1941, in Gilman City, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Wayne Edward Howe, Sr., on June 13, 1959, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He preceded her in death on February 5, 2008. Donna worked as a nurse's aide at Livingston Manor Care Center for many years. She then worked as a nurse's aide at Hedrick Medical Center for many years. Donna enjoyed music, pictures, and watching Wrestling and the Hallmark Channel, especially the Christmas movies.
Survivors include three sons, Wayne Howe, Jr. of Chillicothe, Missouri, Larry Howe and wife Trudee of Chillicothe, Missouri, and David Howe and wife Athena of Topeka, Kansas; one daughter, Patty Crosser and husband Bobby of Chillicothe, Missouri; several grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; one brother, Maurice Bradley of Topeka, Kansas; two sisters, Juanita Litton and Delores Heninger both of Topeka, Kansas; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wayne; one son, Terry Howe; one daughter, Debbie Howe; two brothers, Jim and Ed Bradley.
Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. A scheduled visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, December 20, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Monday, December 20, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Slagle Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Donna Howe Memorial Fund and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
