Donaldeen "Dee" Newton Donaldeen "Dee" Newton, age 87, a resident of Brooksville, Maine, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015. Dee was born the daughter of Earl and Virginia (Harvey) Woods on July 18, 1928, in Henryetta, Oklahoma. She was a 1946 graduate of Kansas City High School, Kansas City, Kansas. After graduation, she attended the University of Kansas for two years. Dee was united in marriage to Marvin Newton on February 9, 2002, in Sparks, Nevada. He preceded her in death on September 21, 2008. Survivors include four sons, Dennis Wray and wife Jody of Fox Lake, Wisconsin, Greg Wray and wife Jane of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Brad Wray and wife Joanne of Madison, Wisconsin, and Randy Wray and wife Bethany of West Bend, Wisconsin; one daughter, Margaret Wray of Brooksville, Maine; thirteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and two stepchildren, David Newton and wife Maggie of Wichita, Kansas, and Vicki Bailey and husband Kim of Hartford, Connecticut. She was preceded in death by her parents. A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date at Blue Mound Cemetery, Blue Mound, Missouri.
