Donald F. Utley Donald F. Utley, age 68, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2013, at his residence. Donald was born the son of James Scott and Ethel Ellen (Browning) Utley Wells on December 28, 1944, Dawn, Missouri. He was a 1962 graduate of Chillicothe High School. He served in the United States Army. Donald was a member of the Assembly of God Church, the Chillicothe Moose Lodge, and the Chillicothe Eagles Aerie Post #2428. He enjoyed playing pool, fishing, singing, telling jokes, and entertaining his children and grandchildren. Survivors include one daughter, Amy Brauer and husband Chuck of Chillicothe, Missouri; three grandchildren; one brother, Leon Dale Utley of Chillicothe, Missouri; and two sisters, Dixie Milner and husband Brad of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Eva Hayes of Chillicothe, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; step father, Lawrence Wells; one brother, James "Jim" Utley; one sister, Leona Gilkey; and one infant sister, Judy May Utley.
