Donald "Don" Gordon O'Dell Donald "Don" Gordon O'Dell, age 48, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2012, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Don was born the son of Raymond DeLloyd and Alice (Hatfield) Cashatt on May 2, 1963, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a 1981 graduate of Chillicothe High School. He was united in marriage to Sheryl Whiteman on June 7, 1992 in Chillicothe, Missouri. She survives of the home. Don lived in Chillicothe all of his life and owned and operated O'Dell Towing and Auto since 1981. He also worked for the Chillicothe R-II School District at the Middle School since 2003. He was a member of the Chillicothe Friendship Lodge No. 89 AF & AM, Chillicothe Shrine Club, the Rollin' Rascals, a Charter Member of the Chillicothe Elks Lodge #656, the Chillicothe USBC Bowling League, the Masonic York Rite Bodies and the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Free Masonry Southern Jurisdiction USA. Survivors include his wife Sheryl of the home; one brother Norman Graf of Chillicothe, Missouri; two sisters, Rayma Cashatt of Chillicothe, Missouri, Alicia Cashatt Mason of Chillicothe, Missouri; mother-in-law Shirley Gupton of Chillicothe, Missouri; two sisters-in-law, Carolyn Schmidt and husband Larry of Laredo, Missouri, and Karen Sue Thomas of Chillicothe, Missouri; three uncles, Vernon O'Dell and wife Joy of North Ft. Myers, Florida, Stanley O'Dell and wife Velda of Chillicothe, Missouri, Donald O'Dell and wife Betty of Chillicothe, Missouri; aunt Betty Moon of Chillicothe, Missouri; one nephew Ashton Mason of Chillicothe, Missouri; three nieces, Ashley Schmidt of Laredo, Missouri, Megan Peters and husband Brad of Clinton, Iowa, and Emily Schmidt of Laredo, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; aunt and uncle Lula and Jewell Burton. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. A Masonic Service will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. with a family visitation to follow from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
