Donald Eugene Johnson, age 73, a former resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Kirksville Manor Care Center, Kirksville, Missouri.
Donald was born the son of Arthur and Letha (Ishmael) Johnson on September 1, 1949 in Macon, Missouri. He worked for the Constitution Tribune, Chillicothe, Missouri for many years. He was a member of the Chillicothe and Kirksville Oddfellows. He enjoyed collecting Tazmanian Devils.
Donald is survived by one son, Mat Johnson (Lesley) of Lincoln, Missouri; one daughter Jesica (Ryan) Hubble, Marion, Iowa; one granddaughter, Jillian Hubble, West Branch, Iowa; brother, Ray Johnson (Chris) of Conesville, Iowa; sister-in-law, Pauline Tolle of Chillicothe, Missouri; and former wife, Mary Johnson, Columbus Junction, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Junior Tolle.
