Donald Wayne Hutcherson, age 84, a resident of Hale, Missouri, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023 at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. He was born the son of William Thomas and Fontella (Ellis) Hutcherson on June 18, 1938 in Chillicothe, Missouri.
He was united in marriage to Nancy Jones on June 1, 1970 in Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on August 30, 2001. He was a Grader Operator for Grand River Township. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting.
He is survived by one step-daughter, Debbie Stephens of Hale, Missouri; two step-sons, Ronald Locke and wife, Susan of Hale, Missouri, and Mark Locke and wife, Nathena of Texas; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, John Edward Hutcherson and wife, Ruth Ann of Hale, Missouri; and sister, Carolyn Shields of Carrollton, Missouri. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nancy; son-in-law, John Stephens; siblings, Marion, Virginia, Ruth, Jack, Roselee, William Preston, Dorothy, Floyd, Lloyd, Betty and Shirley.
Graveside Services will be held at a later date at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
