Dominic Ray Chadwick Dominic Ray Chadwick, infant son of Adam and Elizabeth Chadwick, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015, at Mosaic Life Care Center, St. Joseph, Missouri. Dominic was born at 10:50 p.m. on Sunday, January 18, 2015, at Mosaic Life Care Center, St. Joseph, Missouri. Survivors include his parents; Adam and Elizabeth Chadwick of the home; three brothers, Gabriel, Bennett and Trystan Chadwick all of the home; maternal grandparents, Ron and Rosemary Eisaman of Chillicothe, Missouri; paternal grandparents, John and Billie Chadwick of Skidmore, Missouri; paternal great grandfather, Lewis Chadwick of Jameson, Missouri; paternal aunt, Jennifer Downing and husband Jerod of Burlington Junction, Missouri; maternal aunt, Alicia Eisaman of Olathe, Kansas; maternal great uncles, Andy Chrisman of Houston, Texas, and Randall Chrisman and Pam Pierce of Lathrop, Missouri; paternal great uncles, Randy Chadwick and wife Kathy of Jameson, Missouri, Darrell Chadwick and wife Rhonda of Gallatin, Missouri, Robert Chadwick and wife Missy of Gallatin, Missouri; cousins, Imajen, Lyric and Jewell Downing all of Burlington Junction, Missouri. He was also survived by maternal great aunts, Donna Gonder and husband Mike of Lexington, Missouri, Sandy Girres and husband Greg and Linda Hill and husband Don both of Cameron, Missouri; paternal great uncles, Josh Estes of Liberty, Missouri, Gerald Estes of Florida; paternal great aunt, Sarah Estes of St. Joseph, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Bobby and Betty Chrisman and Robert and Ethel Eisaman; paternal great grandmother, Wanda Sue Chadwick; paternal great grandparents, Loretta Estes and Herman and Patty Estes; paternal great aunt, Elizabeth Estes. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, January 24, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. There is no scheduled family visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, January 24, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Edgewood Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri.
