Dixie Mcnally

Dixie R. McNally, age 73, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2011 at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri. Dixie was born the daughter of Joseph Nave and Tennessee Glee (Allen) McNally on January 24, 1938 in Chillicothe, Missouri. She attended Chillicothe Schools. She also worked as a home-maker. She was a member of the Chillicothe Calvary Baptist Church and the Jewell Dowell Group of the Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Howard Dail McCombs "Jr." of Chillicothe, Missouri; two daughters, Pammy Leora McCombs and Tammy Lenora Chapman both of Chillicothe, Missouri; two grandchildren, Corey Scott Chapman and Sherry Dawn Chapman; one great grandchild, Quintyn Scott Chapman; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Lonnie McNally, and Elmo McNally; and three sisters, Doris Douglas, Betty Barnhill, and Jean Rist. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Anderson-Smith Cemetery of Chillicothe, Missouri.
