Diana Sue Triska Diana Sue Triska, age 67, a resident of Chula, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Diana was born the daughter of William and Mary Lou (Chedister) Burgess on July 18, 1949, in Des Moines, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Bob Triska on October 9, 1980, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He survives of the home. She worked as an Assistant Manager and Manager for Pizza Hut for 10 years. She then worked as a customer service manager for Walmart for 11 years. Diana also took care of her paralyzed son, Mike Jones. She was a member of the Rainbow Club, Community Center Board, the Chula Park Board, and the Chula Garden Club. She served as a Chula First Responder for 12 years. Diana was a basketball coach. She loved camping, crafts, and fishing and went to Mt. Pleasant every year to camp and enjoy steam and gas at Old Thrashers Reunion every year. She especially loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Survivors include husband, Bob of the home; two sons, Jim Brookman of Chula, Missouri, and Matt Beaderstadt and wife Larri of Chillicothe, Missouri; one daughter, Lora Gillespie and husband David of Chillicothe, Missouri; ten grandchildren, Mikey Brookman and wife Brittany of Chillicothe, Missouri, Natalie Beaderstadt and fiancé Nick Lawson of Chillicothe, Missouri, Jordan Beaderstadt and wife Devin of Chillicothe, Missouri, Shawn Brookman and fiancé Kelsea Woelfle of Utica, Missouri, Shane Brookman and friend Madison Fuller of Chillicothe, Missouri, Brandon Beaderstadt and friend Kyrstin of Dearborn, Missouri, Elijah, Matti, and Noa Beaderstadt all of Chillicothe, Missouri, and Colby Gillespie of Chillicothe, Missouri; eight great grandchildren; two brothers, Jim Burgess of Ottumwa, Iowa, and Don Burgess of Ottumwa, Iowa; two sisters, Jan Malone of Ballwin, Missouri, and Carolyn Weibrenner of Ottumwa, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Michael Jones. Funeral services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Thursday, December 22, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Plainview Cemetery, Chula, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Plainview Cemetery and/or the Children's Miracle Network and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.
