David Lee Bloss

David Lee Bloss David Lee Bloss, age 72, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at Wright Memorial Hospital, Trenton, Missouri. David was born the son of Benjamin Floyd and Gladys Wilda (DeVorss) Bloss on September 10, 1940, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a 1957 graduate of Chillicothe High School. He was united in marriage to Nita Rash on September 13, 2003, in Chillicothe, Missouri. She survives of the home. David worked for Chillicothe Ford and Savage Grocery for many years. He was a member of the United States Navy. David was a member of the First Christian Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, and also worked doing maintenance at the church. Survivors include his wife, Nita of Springfield, Missouri; one son, Steven Michael Bloss of Marceline, Missouri; two stepsons, Ed Denham of St. Charles, Missouri, and Alan Denham and wife Ashley of Springfield, Missouri; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister; and two brothers. Memorial services will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, November 23, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. There is no scheduled family visitation. Friends may call at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, from 12 noon until 4:00 p.m. and also on Friday, November 23, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
