Dakota M. Nichols Dakota "Codi" M. Nichols, age 19, a resident of Trenton, Missouri, passed away on Friday, January 25, 2013, in Chillicothe, Missouri. Codi was born the son of Shannon and Monica (Terry) Nichols on October 27, 1993, in Chillicothe, Missouri. Codi worked construction. He attended Jamesport Baptist Church, Jamesport, Missouri. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his mother, Monica Nichols and spouse Danny Hicks of Trenton, Missouri; father, Shannon Nichols and wife Margo of Trenton, Missouri; one brother, Luca David Nichols of Trenton, Missouri; one sister, Shanna Shea Nichols of Trenton, Missouri; one stepsister, Jilliann Mathews of Trenton, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Ronnie Nichols and wife Donna of Jamesport, Missouri; maternal grandparents, Gary Eads and wife Susan of Spickard, Missouri; maternal great grandmother, Zelma Terry of Trenton, Missouri; one aunt, Libby Allen of Browning, Missouri; seven uncles, James Ewing of Trenton, Missouri, Lance Eads and wife Chrysta of Missoula, Montana, Jeremy Eads of Grand Junction, Colorado, Billy Joe Nichols of Hale, Missouri, John David Mathews of Stewartsville, Missouri, Joshua Mathews and wife Jessica of Lathrop, Missouri, and Larry Adams and wife Amber of Gallatin, Missouri; step grandparents, Dave Mathews and wife Betty of Trenton, Missouri; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Bill Bruce and wife Jenny, and Ted Nichols and wife Euleta; one uncle, Kermit Terry; one great uncle Darrell Nichols; and two cousins, Doc Smith, and Cody Nichols. Funeral services will be held at the Jamesport Baptist Church, Jamesport, Missouri, on Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Jamesport Baptist Church, Jamesport, Missouri, on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Jamesport Baptist Church, Jamesport, Missouri, on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m. Burial will be held at the Jamesport Masonic Cemetery, Jamesport, Missouri.
