Daisy M. Ogan, age 92, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, July 03, 2011, at Grand River Health Care, Chillicothe, Missouri. Daisy was born daughter of John and Ella (Muck) Appleberry on February 9, 1919 in Avalon, Missouri. She graduated from Avalon High School, Valedictorian in 1936. She then went to Jackson School of Business, Chillicothe and graduated in 1938. On September 3, 1938, she married Ray Ogan, in Chillicothe, Missouri. He preceded her in death on January 10, 1972. Daisy lived all of her life in Chillicothe, Missouri and was a sixty nine year member of the United Methodist Church in Chillicothe. She was a clerk for F.W. Woolworth, and worked for forty years for Lambert Glove running the printer, retiring at the age of eighty one. She was a charter member of the Livingston County Historical Society, and a member of the Dorcas Lydia Circle at the United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son Jim Ogan and wife Linda of Springfield, Missouri; daughter Lynda Canning of Springfield, Missouri; grandchildren Casie Canning of Springfield, Missouri, Audrey Baldwin and husband Mike of Ozark, , Missouri, Chuck Kellerstrass of Leawood, Kansas, Scott Kellerstrass and wife Kelly of Cameron, Missouri, Mike Kellerstrass and wife Tina of Springfield, Missouri; great-grandchildren Logan Baldwin of Ozark, Missouri, Landon Baldwin of Ozark, Missouri, Calvin Kellerstrass and wife Ali of Kansas City, Missouri, Austin Kellerstrass of Leawood, Kansas, Hana Kellerstrass of Leawood, Kansas, Connor Kellerstrass of Cameron, Missouri, Tanner Kellerstrass of Springfield, Missouri, Madison Kellerstrass of Springfield, Missouri, Matthew Kellerstrass of Springfield, Missouri, Kemper Kellerstrass of Cameron, Missouri; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Josephine Huff and Lucille Watts, brother Roy Haynes, and loyal friend Margaret Casebeer. Funeral services will be held at the United Methodist Church on Friday, July 8, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. A family visitation is scheduled for Friday, July 8, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Church.
